1. Order Process

When you submit an order, you are making a purchase request. Orders are confirmed only after our team contacts you to arrange payment by EFT or credit card. Placing an order does not guarantee product availability.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST (10%) unless otherwise stated. GST is added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via our drop-shipping supplier. Flat-rate shipping of $45 applies to most orders. Orders over $500 (ex. GST) qualify for free shipping. Delivery times are 3–7 business days but may vary.

4. Returns & Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (up to 6 years for Pool Controls products). Returns are accepted for faulty items within the warranty period. Change-of-mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to replacing or refunding the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
